Primary	Primary is the main account holder. Online purchase for Primary is $35.95/month One time Joining Fee of $49 (added at checkout) Must be age 18+
Add-on	Add-on members at a discounted rate of $25.95/month One time Joining Fee of $30 per Add-on (added at checkout) Ages 14+. Up to 4 Add-ons per Primary
Location	Location selection is to set your primary gym only. You will still have access to all Club 24 gym locations.
Online Process	When you checkout you are securing your membership, as well as paying for your first month and joining fees. Upon successfully checking out you get an email receipt for your first months' dues and joining fees. Our team then creates your membership account and you will receive a welcome email from us via Trainerize to download and sign in to your Club 24 App that will give you 24/7 door access. The email can take up to 24 business hours. Select locations use Key Cards that can be picked up in the club during staff hours. Follow these steps: Step 1.) Open email and click on the SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT button. Step 2.) Follow the prompts to set up your account. Step 3.) Return to email and click on DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE APP for your select device. Billing: To set up reoccurring billing sign into the app, click on the bottom right icon, select payment methods, and enter in your new payment method.
Getting into the gym	NOTE* Online sign-ups can take up to 24 business hours to get access to the club. Open the Club 24 app, click the icon in the top left-hand corner to retrieve your unique barcode. Place device into the door reader. Reader is motion activated and will show a blue light when scanning. Scan takes a few seconds, door will beep and then unlock. Do not hold open the gym door for others.** For the safety of our Members each Member must scan in before entering the gym. Tailgating will result in a $100 fine for each person per incident. Cameras are in use.
Using the Gym	Practice good gym etiquette by using designated wipes or paper towels and spray bottles to thoroughly wipe down equipment after each use. Respect others' personal space and practice social distancing while enjoying your time at the club.

*Online purchase is for the first month's payment. A one-time joining fee will be added for Primary and each additional add-on as selected, at checkout. This membership is a one-year contract that will rotate you to a month-to-month membership upon completion unless you request otherwise. 30-Day notice and meeting the full financial terms of our agreement is required for cancellation (as outlined in your agreement).
